In my current role as a Charter Accounting Technician, I oversee financial operations for multi-state funded charter school programs. My responsibilities include managing procurement and vendor payment processes, ensuring compliance with state and grant funding requirements, and supporting leadership teams in aligning financial practices with institutional objectives.

Previously, I served for seven years with the Guitar Foundation of America, where I advanced from Operations Administrator to Operations Manager. In this capacity, I directed organizational operations, budget development and oversight, nonprofit compliance, grant administration, staff supervision, and national event coordination. I also managed board reporting, donor and stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional initiatives supporting the organization’s mission and long-term sustainability.

In addition to my administrative experience, I maintain an active career in music education. I currently serve as Lead Guitar Instructor at the Claremont Community School of Music and have held instructional appointments at Chapman University’s College of Performing Arts and the Orange County School of the Arts. My instructional approach emphasizes structured curriculum design, pedagogical rigor, and student-centered development, with a focus on technical proficiency and artistic growth.
